CARROT FERTILITY BENEFITS

Carrot is a fertility and family-forming benefits platform offered by many leading Bay Area employers. Companies like Google, Meta, Apple, Salesforce, Uber, Airbnb, Netflix, Stripe, and LinkedIn use Carrot to provide their employees with comprehensive support for every path to parenthood — including postpartum doula care.

If your employer offers Carrot, you may have access to thousands of dollars in benefits that can be used to pay for a postpartum doula. Carrot covers postpartum doula support as part of their family-forming benefit, recognizing that expert care during the postpartum period is essential for new families. Many Bay Area families are surprised to learn they already have this benefit available through their employer.
